• Then we build, half up front and half on delivery.
• Or we work by the hour in your team, listening and building as we go.
• Both are iterative. The scope may change along the way, and that is part of it.
• You appoint an owner of the work from day one.
• Documentation, runbooks and training are part of the handover.

Tom Axberg is the founder of Bombus Pallava. Anthropic has appointed him Claude Community Ambassador in Sweden, and he co-hosts the Claude Code Stockholm meetup.
